Alllllright, it's finally here! Between Anthrocon, con sickness, and the sheer amount of STUFF that goes into adding a new hero, the month I spent working on this update was REALLY tightly-packed for me. Glad to finally got it all wrapped up, though! With this update, we only have one more hero left to add in, and after THAT'S taken care of, I'll be adding in smaller mechanics until I've completed the first major version of the game! The stuff I need to incorporate for the next hero are lined up to be pretty ambitious, but provided y'all don't mind the likelihood of another delay or two, I still have high hopes that it'll all be good to go by the end of the year. :3

Slight change of plans with the next update, speaking of! Since I have a lot of the work already taken care of for a different batch of content (and I could really use some down time), 7.0 is going to be introducing some mechanics unrelated to the next hero-- specifically, a use for heroes besides just putting 'em to work in your estate! I really want to include a bunch of different ways to humiliate these rude would-be adventurers by the first major "release" of Perfect Home, with the next update being my first taste of that. I think y'all are really gonna enjoy it, though for good measure, I'll be pushing my scheduled release date ahead to the 5th of next month, and just gently release closer and closer to my original goal of the day before the last of the month with every update to come. Funny how delays throw you off course like that!

Patch Notes

• The deer's hunt, the Quiet Undercroft, is now available! You can unlock it by visiting the good side of town until you can sabotage the Cleric's sermon, and then map out the underground parts of the city. Features a couple scenes with a shark girl on the way!

• Upon capturing the deer, you'll be able to brainwash and enslave him! He's a Wisdom-based hero that enforces obedience throughout the estate by lecturing the others about submission and the virtues of servitude...
